Beef Juice, while a novel idea, would not help one bit in this contest. Max has made it clear, from his rulings, that "water" isn't beef (my opponent, for some reason, felt the overwhelming need to have that issue clarified), so beef juice probably wouldn't count at all either. Particularly since the chunks of beef are thrown away afterwards.
But it might make a pleasant aperitif, in any case.
