All of it (over the course of three meals). I even licked the stuff that leaked out of the burgers, but didn't count it toward weight. Fair's fair.

It took you three meals to down such a paltry quantity of meat? Maybe you're in over your head. Try starting with chicken or maybe lamb, and work your way up to it. Don't strain too hard too fast. I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself.
